Why fuse Pokémon?
The fusion generator answers the question every Pokédex eventually asks: what would these two look like as one? Each roll picks two random species and blends name, typing and stats into a hybrid that doesn't exist anywhere else.
Ways to play
Art prompt
Roll a fusion and draw it — the blended name and typing are a ready-made design brief.
Guess the parents
Show the fusion card, hide the result, and let friends guess which two Pokémon made it.
Custom dex
Keep a running list of your favourite fusions — after twenty rolls you have the start of your own region's Pokédex.
Battle what-ifs
Copy the fusion's set to Showdown and theorycraft: would this hybrid actually earn a team slot?
Set your rules before you roll
Judge a fusion on its own terms: the best ones are the ones you'd genuinely draw or use, not the ones with the highest stats.
For guess-the-parents, one hint per guesser keeps the game moving — typing is the classic freebie.
Re-roll freely until a pair sparks something; fusions are cheap, inspiration isn't.
A sample fusion
One roll might fuse Gengar with Snorlax into a Ghost/Normal wall with a name you'll laugh at for a week — and then you catch yourself genuinely wondering about its EV spread. That's when a fusion stops being a joke and starts being a design.
Want better raw material?
Pull new parents from the random Pokémon generator, wheel or random team generator — then fuse the keepers.
FAQ
How does the fusion generator work?
Each roll picks two random Pokémon and fuses them into one hybrid — a blended name plus combined types and stats from both parents.
Can I share or keep a fusion?
Yes. The Share button copies a link that reproduces the exact same fusion, and Download saves the fusion card as an image.
Is this an official Pokémon tool?
No — PokeRoll is a fan-made project. Pokémon data comes from PokéAPI; fusion results are generated for fun and are not official designs.
